Hi! My name is Tran Duc Vuong but you can call me Skipper. I'm a second-year Computer Science (Specialization) student at Western University. I am passionate in Blue Team roles, particularly in IT, Networking, and SOC Analysis.

I enjoy learning how systems and networks work together. How they can be monitored, secured, and troubleshot in real-world situations. I'm actively developing and expanding my skills and understanding in cybersecurity fundamentals while continuing to explore other areas of Computer Science such as hardware, through coursework and hands-on projects.

A local CLI-based encryption and decryption tool using AES and RSA algorithms for hybrid encryption that enables secure file handling directly from the terminal, reinforcing cor concepts in data protection, system interaction, and security-focused workflows.

Elementary Tutor

Participated in a Leadership class project, working as a part of a team to tutor Grade 3 students. Designed, organized, and delivered valuable engaging hands-on activites that introduced critical thinking, leadership, and problem solving.
